Sanvidhan Loktantra Party is founded on the principle that the Constitution of India is the supreme framework for governance and that democratic institutions must remain accountable to citizens.

The party seeks to place constitutional values, democratic participation, transparency, equality before law, and public accountability at the centre of public life. Its approach is to examine public issues from the perspective of citizens’ rights, responsibilities and access to essential public services.

The party’s policy framework focuses particularly on Education, Health and Roads, along with issues relating to employment, agriculture, taxation, public infrastructure, access to justice, social security and transparent administration. The party proposes policy measures based on practical implementation, financial responsibility and measurable public benefit.

Sanvidhan Loktantra Party does not define itself merely through support for or opposition to existing political parties. Its stated approach is to develop and present its own policies and to provide a constitutional and democratic platform for discussion of public issues.

The party also recognises that India is a diverse country with different social, economic, regional and professional interests. Therefore, policy formulation should involve public participation, examination of available facts, consideration of different viewpoints and continuous review where a policy creates difficulties or unintended consequences.

Through this platform, the party intends to place its Constitution, policies, objectives and public proposals before citizens in a transparent manner, so that every policy can be understood, discussed and evaluated in the democratic process.
